As a Western Australian owned and operated company, Milne Feeds supports the equestrian community through various sponsorship initiatives.  We sponsor a number of shows and competitions throughtout the season and we have partnerships established with PCAWA and The State Equestrian Centre.  Milne also sponsors individual riders.

The Team Pegasus riders are Western Australian riders and trainers who have been selected to represent Pegasus Feeds based on their positive personal attributes and successful equestrian activity.  We invite you to meet our team and follow their competition journey and experiences.  All of our Team Pegasus riders are happy to chat with you about their feeding programs. 

Chadd Donovan - Showjumping

Chadd has been competing in Showjumping for over 20 years.  He has won numerous national and state titles.  He is currently campaigning his lovely 5yr old Dutch Warmblood stallion, Chicago.  Chadd has high hopes for this promising stallion, who won the 2012 State D Grade Championship in his first year of competition.  Chadd also competes on his young horse Oaks Vivette.  His horses are kept in top condition on Pegasus Coolmax and Pegasus Sweetmax

Laurelle Hayes - Eventing

Laurelle competes in Eventing both in WA and Nationally.  Laurelle has also represented Western Australia in South Africa for a teams eventing challenge, where she was the highest placed WA rider.  She has previously competed to 3* level on horses Fireplay and Playboy, being placed 2nd in the Open Eventing Master series each year from 2006-2011 on various horses. 

Her current horses, include the promising Stars on Fire, who won the Preliminary leaderboard in 2012, the Open leaderboard and the Rising Star Award in 2013.  Laurelle has three young horses that she will be campaining this season, including the very popular grey, Nukku Park Royal Diamond, aka Roy.

Laurelle uses Pegasus Equibalance and Pegasus Liberty for her horses.  She also feeds Milne Beeta pellets.  She feeds her mare, Starshine, who is a 'hard doer' and has suffered from ulcers in the past, Pegasus Liberty.

Deon Stokes - Dressage/Eventing

Deon competes in the fields of Dressage and Eventing.  In Dressage he rides and trains WA Prix St George Small Tour Horse of the Year 2012, Royal Oak II, and National Advanced Freestyle Champion 2012, Bellario. Deon rides and trains a number of other dressages horses.

Deon also has a very successful team of eventing horses.  He has competed in WA and National events and been on state and national development squads.  His competition horses have included 2012 1* leaderboard winner, Koyuna Levi and runnner up, Silver Force.  He also rides successful 2* horse Gesusa Park Federation.

Deon feeds his horses on Coolmax, Performax and Liberty - depending on their work load and temperament.

Richard Rice - Show Horse

Richard is a Show Horse competitor and judge.  He has had numerous success at State and National level, with one of the highlights being named Grand National Show Hunter Hack with Sylvania Statesman in 2009.  His new stable star, Burnbrae Park Talisman, has recently had a very successful national compaign in March 2013, winning Supreme Arabian Derivative and Reserve Riding Pony Stallion at the Sydney Royal Show. 

Richard has judged at state, national and international level, being awarded 'Runner Up Judge of the Year' in New Zealand in 2010.

Philippa Collier  - Coach

Philippa is an NCAS level 2 coach.  She coaches riders of all levels in jumping and dressage.  Philippa is well known for her contibution to Pony Club in WA and regularly travels the state as an invited to coach at many pony clubs.  She has been awarded EA Eventing coach of the year a number of times.  

Philippa has competed at high levels of eventing in the past and still rides and competes in the sport.  Her current horse, Business as Usual, is kept in top condition with Pegasus Liberty.  He can be a little hot, so Philippa finds this is the best feed to keep his condition, without heating him up.

Emily Gray - Eventing

At  just 21,  Emily  Gray ialready recognized  as  one  of Western  Australia’s  most  successful  equestriansSpecialising in  the  all encompassing  discipline  of eventing,  she  has  consistently  excelled  in  each of  the    
sport’s  three  components  of  dressage,  crosscountry and  showjumping. After balancing a  rigorous  academic  schedule  with competing  two  horses  in  the  most  demanding  of equestrian  sports for  the  last  four years,  Emily  is  now  in her  first  year  as  a  qualified  physiotherapist.

Emily uses Pegasus Coolmax and Liberty for her horses.  Her 3*** horse, Pedro maintains excellent condition and temperament on Pegasus Liberty.
